Family Services

CPHP recognizes the importance of family in physician/physician assistant health; here are a few items you should know:

• A spouse is always welcome to attend the initial interview and/or subsequent monitoring appointments with the client.
• CPHP offers family members support and referrals to community resources as needed.
• A family member can always call CPHP with concerns about their family member/CPHP client.
• A CPHP client contending with divorce or acrimonious relationship can discuss with CPHP how to utilize confidentiality or release of information appropriately.
