CPHP provides comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, assessment, treatment referrals and monitoring, urine drug screen monitoring, case management, family services, and reports/documentation for our clients. CPHP always strives to consider the totality of our client’s individual situation and developing a case specific plan.
Our clinical team is comprised of Psychiatrists, Clinicians, Compliance Coordinator, and our Clinical, Executive, and Medical Directors. We approach each case individually and this diverse team allows a system of checks and balances, expert opinion, and clinical assessment for each case.
